The Kirammans are a wealthy and influential family of hextech artificers. They are also known for their lavish lifestyle of hunting in the wilder lands outside of Piltover.

This item does not require attunement, and counts as a magical item, though it does not take up an attunement slot. While wearing it, this item has 1 charge per level, up to 5 charges and use the following abilities:

  • Hextinted Glasses. (0 Charges) You cast the Guidance cantrip.
  • Scoped Resolution. (2 Charge) You cast Guiding Bolt as a 1st level spell.
  • Hexscape Plan (3 Charges). You cast Web as a 2nd level spell.
  • Hextacular Alignment (5 Charges). You cast Lightning Arrow as a 3rd level spell.

Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells

Keen eye. You gain proficiency in the Perception skill. If you already have proficiency in Perception, you instead gain expertise.
