Mageborn

Marked by magic in a kingdom that fears it, Mageborn live hidden or hunted lives. Yet within them lies power as old as the world—and perhaps, a chance to change Demacia from within.

Ability Score Increase. Charisma +2

Blessing of the Veiled Lady. Once per long rest, as an action, you may force all creatures of your choice within 30 feet to make a Charisma saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failure, they are frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

Magicstained Blood. You know one cantrip of your choice from the Arcanist spell list. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

Bend Their Magics. When you are the target of a spell, you may unleash a surge of arcane force. One creature within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take force damage equal to your level. You may use this ability once per short or long rest.
