Vastaya are the children of spirit and mortal—wildly diverse in form, heritage, and belief. Scattered across Runeterra, these beings are living echoes of primal magic. From sky-soaring tribes to oceanic clans and terrestrial hunters, each Vastayan group guards its ancestral bond to nature, often clashing with the modern world. To be Vastaya is to embody freedom, instinct, and the breath of the wild itself.

Age. Vastaya are long-lived and slow to age, often reaching maturity by 25 and living several centuries. Particularly powerful Vastaya have been known to endure for a millennium.

Size. Vastaya vary widely. Some stand no taller than 4 feet, while others exceed 7 feet in height. You may be Medium or Small.

Inner Magic. You are a being of magic incarnate. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened by magical effects.

Attune with the Spirits. You may enter a meditative trance instead of sleeping, remaining semiconscious for 4 hours and gaining the benefits of a long rest. During this time, you often experience visions, ancestral memories, or spirit conversations.
