Age. Most Bilgewater folk mature by 16 and often live hard, short lives. Sailors, corsairs, and cultists rarely grow old—but a lucky few grow wise.
Size. You can be Medium or Small.
Shiprat’s Instincts. You gain proficiency in one of the following skills: Perception or Sleight of Hand. If you already have proficiency in both, choose one of them to gain expertise in.
Superstitious Grit. Once per long rest, when you fail a saving throw, you may reroll it. If you do, roll a d6. On a 1, you suffer a strange omen—disadvantage on your first attack or ability check the following day.
